What is Organic Tanning?

Our goal is to help you have a beautiful complexion while staying healthy, thus avoiding all the harmful effects of classic tanning. Because as we all know, UV rays and the sun are very bad for your skin.

The day of your appointment

Shower as usual, taking care to remove any residue or leftover shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. do not wear deodorant, perfume, moisturizer, etc. All of these products block your skin pores so the tan will not adhere. On the other hand, if your appointment is later in the day, be sure to rinse yourself before this one.

Before your appointment

It is important to exfoliate. By exfoliating before your spray tan session, you remove all dead skin and impurities thus preparing your skin to receive and keep your tan for as long as possible. This is THE most important thing to do before your appointment. Spray tan is applied to the last layer of your skin, so if it’s not completely clean, you won’t have such great results. Use oil-free exfoliating products, then you can extend your tan by at least 3 days.

What to wear to your date?

The organic tan that will be applied to you is oil-free, which means that it will not stain your clothes, your sofa, or anything else. Nevertheless, we suggest that you wear loose and dark clothes that will not affect the development of your tan.

Then, we chose together which product would be the most suitable for your complexion: a crucial step, otherwise goodbye natural appearance. The tan will be darker if the concentration of DHA is higher.

Now that you've had your date and are loving your tan, here's how to keep it going :

  1. No swimming! Do not swim for 8 hours after your appointment, the tan must develop properly.
  2. For your first shower, just rinse! Soaps and shampoos that aren’t made for sunless tans can affect your tan. Ask us about DHA based shower gel.
  3. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! The worst enemy of spray tan is dry skin. Its best friend is the DHA-based moisturizer. By using this daily (and after every shower) your skin will stay soft, hydrated, and your tan will stay on much longer.
