• The extensions should not undergo any discoloration (bleetch) however, we can dye them as we see fit. However, it is better to go see a professional!
• It’s best to detangle your hair when it’s dry. If you detangle them when they are wet, take a detangling product and go gently, starting at the tip, while holding your hair at mid-length with your other hand.
  Please note: UNIQ ONE is the best product for your extension cords, they will have a much longer lifespan!!
• Do not use any drugstore shampoo; these contain sulphate and propabane and this will dry out your extensions!!!. Use salon shampoo (without oil) preferably. Rinse well. If there is shampoo left between your extensions and your head, there is a risk of itching. Well, well, rinse well, tilting your head back. Never go to bed with wet hair!
• Recommended shampoos: Paul Mitchell original, Cynos, Smooth sexy hair
• Important: Pass your fingers between the micro-rings and anchor points regularly to avoid knots!
• To curl the extensions, it is better to use a curling iron rather than the flat iron. If you use the flat iron, avoid pulling on the extensions. Hold them at the root. Avoid brushing near attachment points (beads or glue).
• Do not put conditioner on the beads (or glue) at the root of the extensions.
• It is best not to wash your hair immediately before applying extensions, in fact we ask you to wait MINIMUM 24 hours before washing them.
  You can sleep with your hair tied, this avoids mixing the extensions during sleep, a braid remains the best option!
• Due to your natural hair growth, it is not recommended to wear your extensions longer than 3 months “no maintenance”. The reason for the follow-up and maintenance is that when well cared for at home, the extensions are still in good condition when removed and can be used again!
• Avoid sea water.

It all depends on your hair length and thickness: the shorter and thicker they are, the more extensions you need. A minimum of 3 packs of 25 wicks is suggested. For the rest, a qualified technician can guide you during the consultation appointment.

This is actually a quality standard for hair used for extensions. It is in no way a guarantee of geographical origin, nor of a brand. Remy Hair has been cut in the direction of natural hair growth, which ensures tangle-free locks. In other words, all hair cuticles go in the same direction.

Keratin extensions are not reusable. Micro ring extensions can be reused more than once, depending on how well you maintain them.
